Paramount Investment Group, LLC is a highly focused, privately held real estate investment firm. We have experienced tremendous success and rapid growth through the purchase and sale of residential properties throughout Minnesota and the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area.

Now in our tenth year, having purchased and sold over 200 homes, we are now focusing on the development of our commercial real estate portfolio. We intend to be as successful in the commercial market over the next ten years, as we have been with residential properties over this decade. Our commercial acquisitions will provide both revenue streams from leasing and capital gains from sales after stabilization.

While we look for excellent strategic investments and high after-tax returns, we also seek to revitalize communities by investing in developing neighborhoods.
